How to get started:

Most customers begin with only an idea. We sit down and talk about places you have seen, things you like, and begin. We start with magazines, photos, and look at land along the way. We discuss simple things like where the sun is at different times of the day and which direction has the best view, as well as the most private view, to determine room locations. Room sizes can be easily determined by showing you similar completed spaces.

As I get a feel for what you like, I begin to plan the design. Project size and complexity will all become factors in determining the cost. Most customers do not get any understanding of size or height from a set of plans, so showing you rooms that are similar is very important.
